1) Concur Mobile:
The easiest way is to use the Concur Mobile Application on your mobile device. You can take a picture of the receipts with your camera and add the receipts to your cloud storage. This also allows immediate access to any delegates.
As shown in the graphic below, this allows you or your delegate to access those receipt captures in your Receipt Store.
2) Emailing Receipts to the Receipt Store:
You first need to follow the process to verify your email address in your profile (shown below).
Receipts that you scan and save or receive as an email or attachment can be added to your receipt store via email. Note that receipt images can either be attached to the email or embedded in the email content. You can also take pictures on your smartphone and forward to firstname.lastname@example.org assuming the phone uses your verified email address account.
a) Users/travelers should email receipt information to email@example.com and the system will place the image(s) in your receipt store based on your verified email address
b) Delegates can also email receipts on behalf of their delegators if the delegate's email address is verified AND the delegator's email address is verified.The delegate uses their verified email address to send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org, noting the delegator's verified email address in the subject line of the email.
3) Scan and Attach:
If you do not use a mobile device, and you do not have the receipt available to email, you will need to keep the paper receipt, scan and attach it to the expense report (similar to adding attachments to an email).
