Group Fitness Classes
Group Fitness offers the campus community opportunities to experience well-run fitness programs that are fun, challenging, and safe! We offer a variety of classes throughout the week that range from high intensity to yoga.
Late Night at KLARC
LATE NIGHT @ KLARC offers a variety of recreation and fitness opportunities for all you night owls. To see what's being offered this week, check out the Bison Rec Fit Facebook page, Twitter, or the Group Fitness Descriptions page.
The Climbing Wall features over 1200 square feet of indoor climbing. Located in the southwest corner of Gerhard Fieldhouse, "the wall" measures 22' tall and 32' wide and features a wide array of bouldering and lead routes.
