Weekend of Events to Honor Retiring Bucknell Professor Barry Hannigan

Former and current students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to honor Bucknell University Professor Barry Hannigan, music, over the weekend of April 2-3.
Prof. Hannigan, who has taught piano and advanced music theory at Bucknell since 1978, will retire at the conclusion of the current academic year. The following events have been planned in his honor. All events are open to the public, and all are free except for the Sunday morning breakfast, which will cost $10 per person. Registration is required.
Saturday, April 2
2:00 p.m. — Farewell to Bucknell Recital by Barry and Mary Hannigan (Rooke Recital Hall) A reception will follow the recital in the Weis Music Building lobby.
7:30 p.m. — Concert: Alumni Showcase — Students of Barry Hannigan (Rooke Recital Hall) A reception will follow the concert in the Weis Music Building lobby.
