Amid snow flurries, dozens of Bucknell Bison fans cheered “’Ray Bucknell” to send off the NCAA-bound men’s basketball team Wednesday morning. The team flies from Harrisburg to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to play in the first round of the tournament Friday. Tip-off against the Arkansas Razorbacks is 12:30 p.m. (E). Before the two team buses left at 7 a.m., co-captains Kevin Bettencourt and Charles Lee and coach Pat Flannery thanked the fans for their support and coming out so early in the day. Traveling with the team were the Bucknell pep band and cheerleaders.
