LEWISBURG, Pa. — The Bucknell University Small Business Development Center (SBDC), in partnership with the Veterans Corporation, is offering four seminars in September to all veterans and their spouses free of charge.

The seminars, which will be held in 207 Chamberlin Building, Fifth and Market streets in Lewisburg, include:

Sept. 6: "Basic Recordkeeping for Small Retail and Service Businesses," 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., presented by SBDC staff members Maureen Hauck, assistant director for business consulting, and Anthony Kidd, business analyst.

Sept. 12: "Entrepreneurs Workshop for Small Business Owners," noon to 3 p.m. Presented by Maureen Hauck, and Ken Balliet, Penn State Cooperative Extension, this is the first class in a 12-week course; attendance at all is required.

Sept. 20: "The First Step Pre-Business Workshop," 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., with Maureen Hauck.
Sept. 27: "Writing Your Business Plan," 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., with Maureen Hauck.

Sept. 28: "Marketing on a Limited Budget," 9 a.m. to noon, with Linda Feltman and Michael Ryan, Penn State SBDC business consultants.
