The center blocks represent the start time of your regularly scheduled class or common hour. To determine the date and time of your exams, locate your class start time within the grid and follow the block up to find the date and left to find the time. Exams for courses with common hours will be determined by the common hour time, not the lecture time of your course. In some cases, common exams times have been arranged for multi-section courses. These are designated with the department course number.
Examinations will be held in the regularly assigned classroom for each course/common hour unless your instructor notifies you otherwise.
The schedule has been arranged to avoid conflicts. A student who has three final exams that begin and end within a 24-hour time period may ask to have one of the exams rescheduled. The student must consult with the associate dean of their college.
Faculty are reminded that examinations are given only during the scheduled exam period and instructors are not authorized to change the announced times of their exams.
