Burning River Brass
Composed of twelve of the finest brass and percussion players in the country, this ensemble is on fire, consistently applauded for the infectious joy of its performances of a wide repertory ranging from early music through classics and on to popular and big band arrangements as well as pieces commissioned by the group. Since 1999, BRB has released four CDs on Dorian® and this fall will release a second Christmas CD. BRB has been heard on NPR's Performance Today and Sunday Baroque as well as radio stations throughout the United States and abroad.
