The Film/Media Studies Production Studio provides a wide range of equipment to assist students in the production and exhibition of their creative work. Professional-level cameras, light kits, audio gear and post-production facilities are available for Film/Media Studies majors and students enrolled in production courses. Specialized equipment is also available from Bertrand Library.

Lenses: Lenses: Zeiss and Rokinon prime lenses; Panasonic zoom lenses; Metabones Speedbooster.
Lights: Litepanels 1x1 LED panels; Genaray LED panels; camera-mounted LED light kits; Kino Flo Celeb; Kino Flo Barfly; assorted fresnel light kits; reflectors and scrims.
Sound: Shotgun microphones; wireless lavaliers; external recorders; boom poles and stands
Mounts: Manfrotto tripods; dolly; portable crane; MoVI M5 3-axis gimbal stabilizer; Nebula 4000 handheld 3-axis gimbal stabilizer; Glidetrack 6’ slider.
Studio: sound-dampened surfaces; large green screen curtain; black and grey backdrops; infinity walls; DMX-controlled lighting.
Post-production: editing suite (three iMac workstations with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and mixing room (PC workstation with Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, audio mixing and color grading hardware interfaces, color-calibrated monitors and 5.1 surround sound). The mixing room is also equipped for the viewing of current and legacy media (SVHS, Laserdisc, DVD, Blu Ray, and more) and can function as a small screening room.
