Every instructor is qualified to adjust the class format to suit the needs of beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants. We welcome ALL LEVELS of group fitness enthusiasts to attend! BARRE BURN* - Total body workout that utilizes the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, which burn fat and sculpt muscles concentrating on hips, thighs, glutes, abdominals, and arms.

CORE STRENGTH - A half hour of intense core work. Set to upbeat music, you’ll work your entire core and learn new exercises to help sculpt the body! This class is for all fitness levels, and is a great way to fit a quick but challenging workout into your busy day.

CYCLE & SCULPT* - Cycle & Sculpt is designed to give you the best of both worlds! The class starts with a 40 minute endurance ride with drills, climbs and sprints and then transitions into 20 minutes of Total Body Sculpting. The quick transitions and carefully thought-out muscle-toning exercises will target each muscle group effectively and in a short amount of time.

FLOW FOUNDATIONS YOGA - Flow Foundations will focus on proper form and technique for postures and sequences that are the foundation of a vinyasa flow class (sun salutations and standing postures). It will include instruction on basic breath technique (pranayama) and energy locks (bandhas) that assist the practice. Expect about 30-40 minutes of standing postures followed by seated postures and a long relaxation.

FIT50 - 50 minutes of high intensity interval training combining cardio, strength and core with body weight and/or dumbbells using various protocols to keep you on your toes and not watching the clock.

H.I.T - A step interval class utilizing a variety of combinations. Be prepared to have your heart rate elevated!

KICKBOXING - A non-contact kickboxing class utilizing basic kicks and punches on a heavy bag.

MAX 30 - 30 minutes max effort circuit based class. Incorporates cardiovascular, strength, and body weight exercises. Be ready to move and work in this class!

PIYO® - PIYO is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and Yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it. All ability levels are welcome.

RIPPED RIDE* - A cycling class like no other. A total cardiovascular and high intensity cycling class covering challenging hills and sprint intervals.

SLOW FLOW YOGA - Using a vinyasa style flow this class focuses on body movement and breath that will relax and restore the mind body and soul.

SPINNING* - A fun and upbeat cycling class for people of all athletic levels. Get ready for a workout of hills and interval training that will get your body in shape!

TRX® Suspension Training®* - A revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

YIN YOGA - Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) style of flow/vinyasa yoga commonly practiced today. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Postures are held anywhere from 2-10 minutes. NOTE: This is NOT restorative yoga! YIN/YANG YOGA - Yin Yoga is a passive practice that involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes and designed to access deeper layers of fascia. Yang Yoga is an active practice that involves working the muscles to build strength stamina. We will start with Yin, follow with Yang and end with a relaxation and brief meditation.

YOGA - This class will incorporate sun salutations, flexibility, strength and balance. Students will flow through various sequences while linking movement to breath, with focus on form and alignment.

ZUMBA® - An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness- class. This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

If you see * next to a class on the schedule, that indicates that class size is limited and a "FIT TIX" is required for entrance into the class. FIT TIX are available 1 hour prior to class, limit 1 per person and are located at the front desk of KLARC.
