Director of Institutional Research


Kevork Horissian, Director of Institutional Research Kevork Horissian joined Bucknell in July 2012. In his role of Assistant Provost of Institutional Research & Assessment, he provides the College's leadership with the information required to support institutional planning, policy formation, and decision making; Coordinates and develops reports for the College community as well as regional, state and federal audiences; Participates in strategic and operational planning, supporting academic and administrative program review through institutional research and institutional effectiveness; and supports Bucknell's MSCHE accreditation efforts.

Kevork has spent the past 10 years at Emory and Henry College in Virginia, where he has served as the college's Director of Institutional Research and Institutional Effectiveness. In this role, Kevork oversaw all institutional assessment and research activities and implemented campus-wide assessment and program-review practices, which advanced the college's accreditation efforts and strategic planning initiatives.

Prior to his time at Emory and Henry College, Kevork taught entrepreneurship classes at the University of Oregon. He also worked as a consultant for the Small Business Development Center in Eugene, OR.

Kevork earned his undergraduate degree from Sofia University in Bulgaria. He holds an MBA and an M.A. in linguistics from the University of Oregon.
