As the student programming board at Bucknell University, Activities & Campus Events (ACE) is dedicated to providing a variety of late-night weekend programs to the Bucknell student community throughout the semester. The organization is led by 8 executive board members and a general member population of around 50 students. As members of ACE, students are an integral part of Bucknell University's campus, with the opportunity to be involved in a wide array of campus initiatives in addition to their programming responsibilities.

ACE is committed to listening to student feedback to provide the best events and programs possible on campus, and Bucknell students at large have many opportunities throughout the year to offer suggestions for future events. ACE also offers partnership opportunities for student organizations and other groups on campus, to best support programming efforts across the University.

When are ACE Events held?

ACE Events are typically held on Friday and Saturday nights in venues all across campus. See our upcoming events for more details!

Are ACE Events free?

Almost all ACE Events are free for Bucknell Students, and at many times their guests. You may be asked to show your BUID when entering an event, so make sure you have it with you!

How can I join ACE?

ACE is comprised of an 8 person executive board team, with a General Membership of around 50 dedicated students. If you are interested in learning more about what ACE has to offer, please stop by our General Meetings on Tuesdays at 5 p.m. in the CAP Center (on the 1st Floor of the ELC). All are welcome!

How can my organization partner with ACE?

ACE offers a variety of co-sponsorship and partnership opportunities with other student organizations on campus. In the past, successful co-sponsorships have including: funding to bring a comedian to campus, help advertising for an event, and providing staff to help set up for an event. A successful partnership with ACE would be in which the organization(s) have given plenty of time for all organizations involved to be equally involved in the planning and implementation stages of the event. For more information on partnership and co-sponsorships with ACE, or for access to the request forms, please contact Chelsea Brown.
