For a comfortable night

  • Extra-long twin sheet set (or two for when one is in the laundry)
  • Pillow(s)
  • Comforter or bedspread and blanket
  • Window fan (Larison & Harris halls are not air conditioned)
  • Window screens - approximately 34" opening (student rooms are not provided with window screens)

For making the most of your study time

  • Computer and printer || Do you know about the Bison Laptop Program?
  • Computer power cord and accessories
  • Ethernet cable
  • Calculator
  • Office supplies: pens, pencils, pencil sharpener, highlighters, stapler, scissors, tape, ruler, thumb tacks

For mishaps, emergencies, and general “fix its”

  • First-aid kit
  • Flashlight
  • Small tool kit (screw driver, hammer, pliers, etc.)

For getting around

  • Umbrella and boots for wet weather
  • Backpack
  • Good walking shoes

  • Clothing for warm and cold weather (storing seasonal clothing at home, if an option, is recommended)
