Erin is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and earned her Master’s degree from Marywood University. Erin has spent time working as an individual therapist and facilitating psychoeducational groups focusing on stress and anxiety management, the development of healthy coping skills, as well as the exploration of personal values. She has also served as a member of the interdisciplinary team at the inpatient level of care.
Erin recognizes the importance of the therapeutic environment and strives to create a safe space allowing for open and transparent communication. Erin values the therapeutic relationship and seeks to gain an understanding of students’ current goals and needs as a means to facilitate both positive and lasting change. She values the empowerment one receives when able to effectively and confidently cope with the stressors of daily life and the inevitability of change.
When not working, Erin enjoys playing in the yard with her three dogs, relaxing with family, and baking.
