Sexual Misconduct
Bucknell recognizes the problems of sexual misconduct (including sexual assault), relationship violence and stalking and has taken steps to address student concerns, to educate the campus community and to treat seriously reports of sexual misconduct. We have developed programs and policies to support victim-survivors, educate the campus community and thoroughly investigate reports.
If you have experienced sexual assault or any other type of sexual misconduct, please know that there is a community of students, faculty and staff who can direct you to resources to help you make informed choices and support your recovery.
Support for Students
If you or someone you know has experienced sexual assault, there are many options and resources available on campus and in the local community.
Resources for Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff must notify the University if a member of the Bucknell community discloses that they experienced or witnessed sexual harassment or violence. We provide guidance for how you can support a victim and what you need to know to file a report.
