Discrimination and Harassment
The University's Equal Opportunity, Harassment, and Nondiscrimination Policy prohibits all forms of discrimination within the campus community.
Sometimes, discrimination involves exclusion from or different treatment in activities, such as admission, athletics, or employment. Other times, discrimination takes the form of harassment or, in the case of sex-based discrimination, can encompass sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, sexual exploitation, or relationship violence.
The Title IX office will assist the Complainant in identifying the appropriate University grievance procedure to resolve the complaint in a prompt and equitable manner.
