The Bucknell Institute for Public Policy empowers students to create new understandings of the world around them and explore policy by providing internships, research and presentation opportunities.
As a BIPP Research Fellow, you will engage in research with faculty mentor supervision for eight to 12 weeks over the summer. At the end of your fellowship, you’ll present what you’ve discovered, preferably at the Susquehanna Valley Undergraduate Research Symposium.
BIPP student interns gain valuable career preparation and an inside view of a working policy institute. Our students perform a variety of important roles that allow them to take their interest in politics and policy out of the classroom and into the national forum. Their responsibilities include:
