Sponsored Projects
Research and scholarship play a critical role in higher education, in our local communities and within our broader society. Bucknell University supports and encourages members of the Bucknell community as they pursue and compete for extramural funding that will initiate, advance and sustain research, scholarship, creative practice and institutional initiatives.
Bucknell's Office of Sponsored Projects team supports Principal Investigators, Project Directors and collaborators in identifying funders, developing strategies for seeking external support, submitting proposals to public and private organizations, and managing institutional, federal and research compliance regulations.
Whether you are an experienced grant-seeker or are just getting started, our staff can help with all aspects of sponsored projects and research.
A variety of organizations partner with us, and through external funding awards, support and recognize faculty research, scholarship and institutional projects and programs at Bucknell. Undergraduate students have ample opportunities to engage with faculty members and become involved in externally funded research and other projects.
