Set to fully open in fall 2025, the West Apartments offer apartment-style living for juniors and seniors. The residence hall includes apartments of varying configurations with four single bedrooms and shared kitchen, bathroom and living areas.
Apartment Details
- Single room dimensions are approximately 10 feet by 12 feet with a built-in open closet
- Each bedroom comes with a bed, XL mattress, desk, chair and dresser
- Full kitchen includes a stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, sink and cabinets, and an island with four chairs
- Living room furniture includes a couch, chair and coffee table
- Shared bathrooms include a vanity area with two sinks and a separate shower and toilet area
- Heat and air conditioning are controlled by occupants in each unit
