Bucknell offers a wide variety of delicious, globally-inspired dishes and resources, such as our Culinary Liaison, that provide support to students and ensure there are inclusive, accessible food options.

Bostwick Social House
Dining Hall
Located on the first floor of the ELC, Bostwick Social House is the central dining hub on campus. More than just a dining hall, Bostwick offers all-you-care-to-eat dining that features diverse flavors from more than 10 curated stations. Here, students also have access to a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options, as well as Delicious Without — our allergen-friendly station.
Delicious Without features thoughtfully prepared meals free from gluten and the top nine allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, eggs, dairy and sesame, ensuring safe and delicious options for everyone.
Bison Café
Eatery
Located below Bostwick in the ELC, the Bison provides a variety of customizable dining options for both dine-in and takeout. Whether you're in the mood for Italian, Southwestern flavors, burgers, wraps or just a convenient grab-and-go snack, the Bison has something for everyone.
The Bison also offers meal trades through the Anytime Access Meal Plan. Each meal trade includes a preselected combination of a main entrée, a drink and a dessert, making the dining experience as convenient as it is delicious.

Say "Hello, beautiful" to the Italian eatery at the Bison Café. Dive into a world of fully customizable Italian favorites, including fresh, made-to-order pasta dishes, build-your-own salads, artisanal flatbreads, flavorful paninis and more! Take a bite and indulge in the essence of Italy. Buon appetito!
Chop'd & Wrap'd
At Chop'd & Wrap'd, we bring the freshest ingredients together to create delicious, made-to-order wraps. Choose from a variety of crisp greens, flavorful proteins and nutritious toppings for a meal that's as tasty as it is satisfying.
Copperhead Jacks & true burger
Copperhead Jack's is a southwest-style restaurant that brings delicious, fresh and high-quality ingredients together to offer customizable burritos, bowls and salads. Whether you're craving the smoky and seasoned protein options, or a zesty, crisp salad, your made-to-order dish will be bursting with flavor.
TRUE BURGER — the name gives it away. But it's not just burgers. TRUE BURGER specializes in burgers, chicken sandwiches and milkshakes (with some vegan and vegetarian options, too).

Revolution Noodle
Explore the diverse flavors of Asia at Revolution Noodle, our Asian food hall concept located in MacDonald Commons near the South Campus Apartments. Revolution Noodle features a rotating menu of dishes, including sushi, ramen, udon, lo mein, pho and banh mi.
Coffee and Quick Bites
Bertrand Library Café
The Library Café, located on the first floor of Bertrand Library, is your go-to spot for a caffeine boost, sweet treat or nutritious bite. Proudly serving Starbucks along with grab-and-go snacks, the café also offers freshly toasted bagels, breakfast sandwiches and more.
7th Street Café
Step into 7th Street Café and enjoy its cozy, charming atmosphere. Treat yourself to made-to-order hot or iced drinks, freshly baked pastries and a variety of grab-and-go snacks. Plus, exciting changes are on the way — stay tuned for the launch of our new crêperie.
The Flying Bison
The Flying Bison, fondly known as 'Flyson,' is Bucknell's beloved food truck, serving up delicious late-night takeout favorites at various spots around campus.

Our recipes go through a detailed analysis that produces a breakdown of nutritional information and clear, easy-to-understand identifiers that we put on display at each dining location. All dishes are labeled with the name, calories, ingredients and allergen identifiers.

Climate labeling and sustainability
At Bucknell, we understand that there are a lot of factors when it comes to food and dining choices — not only in terms of quality and allergies, but ethically, socially and environmentally. That's why we provide prospective and current students with information that allows them to make informed decisions, especially when it comes to food.
By partnering with HowGood, Bucknell has joined over 300 other schools in providing sustainability labeling in dining venues and menus, allowing students to see which meals meet their specific values.

Culinary Liaison
Our culinary liaison, Raul Del Orbe, works closely with student groups and organizations across campus to ensure students get a taste of home. No matter your background or where you come from, we want you to have access to the foods and flavors that make you feel comfortable, safe and happy.
The culinary liaison will also support on-campus teaching kitchens by introducing students to new cuisines, demonstrating meal-building techniques and sharing practical cooking skills. They will guide students who want to learn how to prepare healthy meals, try new recipes or incorporate different ingredients into their routine.

With student excellence at the forefront, Bison Kitchen offers a variety of hands-on culinary learning experiences with our Executive Chefs and Dining Dietitian. We believe that empowering students with the skills and nutrition literacy to succeed both on and off campus is key to fostering a healthy, lifelong relationship with the food that fuels their bodies.
Feel Good Foods
We know that many Bucknellians have a higher level of awareness than ever in terms of the importance of mental and physical health. Each month, Bison Kitchen features a "Superfood" proven to boost clarity, happiness and stress relief. These Feel Good Foods are nutritious, delicious, on-trend and easy to incorporate into everyday student life.

From hands-on DIYs to cherished on-campus traditions like our annual 'Cafsgiving' celebrating gratitude and togetherness, the Bison Kitchen team thoughtfully plans engaging events for students. While not always focused on food, these gatherings foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere where connection and comfort thrive.
