Partner with Bucknell’s College of Engineering
Bucknell is annually ranked as one of the top undergraduate engineering programs in the country. Our students receive a strong technical education in a liberal arts setting that is distinguished by frequent interaction with faculty and strong hands-on laboratory experiences.
Companies, non-profits, schools or individuals are invited to partner with us on projects that will:
- Utilize our students' knowledge and abilities to benefit your organization.
- Help you solve a challenge or a problem.
- Aid in your recruitment efforts.
- Enhance our students' education with real-world project experiences.
Project proposals can be submitted at any time. Most projects operate on an academic calendar year, starting near the end of August, but we do have some sequences that begin in January or take place over the summer. We accept proposals for senior design capstone projects, course projects, independent study projects and research projects.
The best projects are those that have multiple possible solutions and are not the critical path for a company, but relevant to its success.

Financial Support
Your financial support is an investment that directly benefits the project outcomes, student educational experience and program. Up to half of the fee goes directly to your student team to cover material, travel and shipping costs.
