Fall 2025 Course Registration

This fall, you and your fellow students will begin making fascinating discoveries in our classrooms and labs. Full details and instructions about academic advising and course registration will be available in April — you don't need to take action at this time.

In the meantime, here's an overview of the process so you'll know what to expect.

  • You'll participate in summer academic advising to get guidance on course selection for your fall classes. Each college has its own advising process.
  • You'll submit your course preferences by mid-June. Because the registrar's office assigns courses based on students' major and degree requirements, course registration is not first-come, first-served. We encourage you to take your time with the selection process.
  • If you wish to participate in the Residential Colleges: Living-learning Communities program, you will be able to indicate that as part of course registration.
  • Your fall schedule will be available in myBucknell in early August.
  • Changes to your schedule can be made during New Student Orientation. There is also a two-week drop/add period at the start of the semester.
